Programs for Children |
The New Church at Boynton Beach offers several children's programs on Sundays for its congregation members and friends.
Sunday Nursery
A nursery for children through about age four or five is next door in the Office and Education Center. Your child can follow the nursery volunteer out of the sanctuary and to the right, and over to the Education Center next-door to the church.*
Sunday School
The younger Sunday School is for children age 5 to 10. The upper Sunday School is for children age 10 through eighth grade. Your child can follow the Sunday School teachers out and to the right, and over to the Education Center next-door to the church.*
Ten-to-Teens
The pastor meets with children of "upper Sunday School" age to extend their religious education and enrich their background in the Old or New Testaments.
*Note
Parents who accompany their children slip quietly back into their seats by the end of the hymn. Those who do not get back before the hymn ends may listen to the service from the cry room until the congregation stands for a hymn.
